Refund policy

Streetwear Shop

As soon as you place an order within our shop, our giving partners receive a cash donation and our production partners begin preparing your item(s). Because of these constraints, we do not offer returns.

If, however, your item(s) is/are mispackaged and/or damaged during the shipping process, we do accept refund requests and will try our best to work toward a satisfactory exchange solution.

REFUND REQUESTS

Please contact us to start your refund request. Note: Eligibility for a refund request expires 30 days after purchase, and any items sent back to us without first submitting a request will not be accepted.

Submit a Refund Request

  1. Log in to your account:
    1. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
    2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
    3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
  2. Click the order that you want to submit the refund request for.
  3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items for which you are requesting a refund.
  4. Select a reason for your request and add a note for the store.
  5. Click Request refund.

If your refund request is approved, you will receive an email with further instructions.

Note: We reserve the right to decline a return or refund request for any reason.

Threadless Shop

Orders placed through our pop-up shop on Threadless are processed and managed by Threadless. Please refer to your email confirmation from Threadless for information about their returns process and/or read their policy here.
